Do you need a structured weekly schedule? You would like to learn to relax but are too distracted by everyday things. You're too tired to go to a group class or meditate.

For most of us, it is difficult to let go of the thinking mind to calm the brain and enter deeper states of relaxation. You can follow a Deeply Relaxed program from your home. All you need is a good internet connection, a Skype account via computer or tablet, a few blankets, and a yoga mat. In this class, we will focus on simple and effective meditation practices, natural breathing, mindfulness, deep relaxation, and body awareness. Deeply Relaxed online program focuses on deep relaxation, energy recovery, and releasing of the physical tension. Furthermore, this session can be very useful for breathing problems, help to release tension in overworked and tired muscles, and also provide relief from problems such as burnout and insomnia.​

Deeply Relaxed is a simple, yet effective formula that combines meditation, breathwork, and restorative yoga exercises for deep relaxation. 

Why meditation? 

There have been endless studies on the benefits of meditation on our mental and physical health. Research shows that meditation can help us better deal with negative feelings and emotions. Although there are many forms of meditation, the ultimate goal is a feeling of relaxation and inner peace, which can improve mental health.

In the Deeply Relaxed program,  we learn to concentrate deeply on the sensations of the body. Being present, observing the breath, and becoming aware and connected to your body are some basic components of meditation and an essential part of any Deeply Relaxed session.

What is Restorative yoga?

​Recovery Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that aims to bring you into a deep state of relaxation and tranquility. Doing restorative yoga poses has a rejuvenating effect on the body and mind, as it allows you to shift away from a fight-or-flight response in the parasympathetic nervous system, which triggers the so-called “relaxation response,” allowing your body to heal and restore itself completely renew.

Breathwork, what is that? 

Breathwork is an essential part of the Deeply Relaxed program online. We apply breathwork to improve mental, physical and spiritual well-being. Many forms of breathwork involve conscious and structured breathing. Breathwork promotes deep relaxation and helps you feel more energetic. Through breathing exercises, mindfulness, and embodied awareness you create more connections between your mind and your body. You learn to recognize and release blockages in the body. This will teach you to recognize and release your natural breath. And calm your mind.
